Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation assigned by Chef
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
- Perform duties to keep all areas of the kitchen clean and sanitized including floors, walls, drains, food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment daily and periodically
- Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Chef
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience with or without qualification
- Able to communicate skills and team player
