Job scope

  • Work closely with various departments. i.e. purchasing, production, finance & administration and customers
  • Monitor, control and coordinate with supplier on deliveries, order status and inventory level
  • Effectively manage customer relationships
  • Responsible for maintaining customers’ account to ensure that jobs are processed and lodged as scheduled
  • Responsible for resolving any customer issues on changes in job requirements etc
  • Responsible for handling customers complaints
  • Responsible in collating documents for billing purposes to be submitted to Finance for invoicing

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate cross functionally as well as up and down the organization
  • Ability to manipulate data through spreadsheets or word. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Strong familiarity in the Manufacturing (Printing and Enveloping) industry is an added advantage
  • Meticulous, able to multi task and definitely a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced and high-pressure level environment
