Job scope
- Work closely with various departments. i.e. purchasing, production, finance & administration and customers
- Monitor, control and coordinate with supplier on deliveries, order status and inventory level
- Effectively manage customer relationships
- Responsible for maintaining customers’ account to ensure that jobs are processed and lodged as scheduled
- Responsible for resolving any customer issues on changes in job requirements etc
- Responsible for handling customers complaints
- Responsible in collating documents for billing purposes to be submitted to Finance for invoicing
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate cross functionally as well as up and down the organization
- Ability to manipulate data through spreadsheets or word. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Strong familiarity in the Manufacturing (Printing and Enveloping) industry is an added advantage
- Meticulous, able to multi task and definitely a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced and high-pressure level environment
