Job Responsibilities:
• Handle phone calls from customers
• Make appointment for customers for servicing
• Assist with service advisors on call centre matters
• General Admin duties
• Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Experienced as a Receptionist or customer service ground job preferred
• Experienced working as a call centre agent with automotive background will be an added advantage
• Customer orientated with high level of service attitude
• Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
• Positive working attitude
