Job Duties:
- Partner with hiring managers on end to end recruitment
- Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting, to candidate's assessment to performing interviews and offer management
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of different hiring strategies, sourcing and searching on various job portals
- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Government Grants, HR Administration. Assists on HR matters from employees and manager on a variety of HR matters including policy, compensation, employee benefits and other related HR issues.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
