The ideal candidate will manage the full scope of Human Resources operations including maintaining and administration of the organization's human resources management system, employee life cycle activities, administration and submission of various types of surveys on employees. He/She will help connect management with employees, build CFS brand as an employer of choice as CFS grows and expands its services and operations in the near future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, administer and maintain the Human Resources Management System and database, including records’ updates, system audit and process flows.
- Manage the outsourcing of the organisation’s payroll with vendor including filing of legislated claims and reports.
- Manage full spectrum of the employee life cycle from onboarding, day to day HR operations to offboarding.
- Manage and administer government, statutory board and salary surveys.
- Manage the benefits programme where CFS can be an employer of choice in the non-profit sector.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in terms of manpower regulations and industry practices.
- Bridge management and employee relations on all related human resource issues and concerns.
- Nurture a conducive working environment and culture that reflects the values of CFS as an organisation.

REQUIREMENTS
- A degree from an accredited university in human resources, or comparable qualifications.
- At least 2 years working experience in human resources operations and payroll portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
