Systems Analyst (.NET) /Team Lead

Job Description
The candidate must have experience in team leadership and solution design
Experience Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing and maintaining a system of at least 500 man-days
(system development effort)
2. Relevant skillsets in programming and development framework, integration, database, job scheduling and
automation, document and content management, workflow management, and reporting.
3. Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts & should have experience in handing
large volume of data.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Manage the team to ensure productivity and ensure effective and quality outputs.
2. Manage the welfare of the team members.
3. Ensure smooth day to day operations of the team.
4. Responsible for the planning of the weekly work plan to ensure efficient productivity.
5. Responsible for achieving his/her weekly work plan (targets) through tracking and ensure team hits dateline set out for the team.
6. Take up ownership and drive through all issues faced by the team, e.g. address issues escalated from team members to resolve them in a prompt manner.
7. Escalate to Group Lead in a timely manner when issues or problems cannot be resolved.
8. Ensure that team members follow the AM(Application Maintenance) processes and perform periodic
reviews to ensure consistency.
9. Actively observe and highlight to Group Lead areas for improvement in AM processes.
10. Provide technical guidance or mentorship to fellow team members.
11. Provide timely feedback to team members to assist and develop team members in technical and
functional specialties.
12. Ensure high team morale and efficient/professional work attitude.
13. Manage the production application source codes, configuration files, database changes, related
documentation, etc for all modules under their charge.
14. Review and approve any changes to these documents before checking into central repository.
15. Take up the role of Group Lead in his/her absence when appointed.
