The Associate Executive (AE) will support and assist Organisation Planning & Performance (OPP) department in the day-to-day running of the Department.
You will be responsible for full spectrum of administrative and support duties including the preparation of management reports (including data collection, collation and data analysis), document organising and arrangement and maintaining of databases. You will also be responsible for the preparation of materials for hospital-wide workshops and events, documentation and records keeping and coordinating and tracking of the Department’s activities. Aside from the above, you will also support the specific duties assigned by Strategic Planning & Management and Process Transformation & Improvement (PTI) as advised by the respective members of the team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma preferably in Business, Healthcare related studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight timeline
- Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in team and with diverse team members
