Job Description:
You will assist the Research and Translational Innovation Office in SingHealth Community Hospitals in the preparation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for dissemination of study results. You will also perform data collection, coding, analysis and ensure accurate interpretation of results. You will also conduct literature review to aid the department to aid in grant applications and undertake any other ad hoc duties as required by the organization from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in related fields (Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Psychology, or Sociology)
- Detail-oriented and meticulous when handling with administrative work and data processing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Mother Tongue or dialects will be an advantage
- Work after office hours and on weekends when necessary (as participants might request that we interview them during these timings where they are more available)
- Work on site at community hospitals and in the community (as we need to provide participants convenience (in terms of location)) to participate in our study
