- Provide secretarial support to the director
- Draft, review, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the Director.
- Handle and submit expenses and claims for the director.
- Managing director’s personal matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
- Assist the Directors on confidential documents.
- Liaison with lawyers, consultants and government authorities.
- Maintain contacts information on Outlook
- Handling of incoming and outgoing Mails
- Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
