About the Opportunity:
As a UI/UX Designer at Fisher8 Capital, you'll be instrumental in shaping exceptional user experiences for our products. Your role directly influences our business trajectory, collaborating with teams to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces that uphold professionalism and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy & Implementation: Lead the UI/UX design strategy for our products, ensuring coherence, consistency, and user-friendliness.
- Wire-framing & prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
- Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the user experience and achieve business goals.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
What We Envision in You:
- Comprehensive experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and skills.
- Proficiency in various interactive and visual design tools such as Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
- Proficiency in typography, sketching, composition, layout, colour, iconography, illustration, and the presentation of information is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to upholding professionalism and responsibility in all interactions.
- A proactive approach balanced with meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for collaborative endeavours, serving as an inspiration to peers.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- 2+ years in designing web / mobile products
- Bonus points for experience or interest in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Adaptability, open-mindedness, and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledgeable and well-versed in tech trends and emerging design tools.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities and creativity.
