Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
- Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions (Cold / Western Kitchen)
- Keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
- Practice cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or relevant professional qualifications.
- Able to work independently & a good team player.
- Entry level candidates may be considered for the Management Trainee position.
- Be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Singaporeans are welcome to apply.
