Responsibilities
· Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned
· Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
- Handle EB enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters (e.g. policy documents, premium and movement of employees or premium outstanding)
- Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
- Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
- Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
- Check of policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and clients
- Undertake any ad hoc duties / tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder with relevant insurance certificates
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Tech Savvy
- Attention to detail and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
