- Position Title: Scaffold Project Manager
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 6 days, Monday – Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,200 (Gross Salary up to $5000 including OT & Commission)
- Duration: 2 years contract (renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and schedule meetings to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
- Forecast labour needs and ensure on-schedule delivery of scaffolding materials and components for the project.
- Prepare and review internal and external reports related to job status.
- Proactively identify and resolve any site issues that may impede progress to ensure a constraint-free work front.
- Ability to identify project scaffold needs and propose solutions that add value to the client and benefit the company.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and client execution plans and management system procedures and policies.
- Actively participate in daily reporting and KPI development discussions.

- Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management.
- Experience in Scaffold Project Management a plus.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Possess leadership abilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
