FP&A/Financial Manager (Yearly renewable contract & convertable to perm)
Management Reporting and Financial Operations
· Lead and manage the Finance team on a day-to-day financial operations and the business’s overall financial and accounting aspects.
· Ensure the financials are prepared in accordance to the Accounting Standards.
· Responsible for timely monthly/year-end closing.
Business Performance Analysis
· Analyze profit-and-loss by clients and regions.
Develop and provide meaningful reports, statistical analysis, and presentations for Management’s decision making, on monthly basis.
· Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
· Perform financial modelling and data analytics on project basis and make recommendations where appropriate.
· Identify potential risks and opportunities that can impact the Company’s financial health.
Others
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (VAT Filings, etc.), and IFRS required filings.
Coordinate annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors.
Oversight of transfer pricing compliance and related strategies.
Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
Work closely with Senior Management on financial matters.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management practices.
3. In-depth knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and accounting processes, including transfer pricing regulations.
4. Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
