- Position Title: Admin Assistant (M&E Engineering)
- Working Location: East – Mountbatten
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am - 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinate project-based work.

- Min. 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
