Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of HR activities such as HR policies, recruitment, C&B & L&D
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation/resignation/promotion letters
- Manage recruitment processes including interview, reference checks, onboarding, orientation etc
- Identify manpower hiring issues for recruitment plans
- Conduct exit interviews and employee’s exit clearance process
- Update employee database, P-files
- Administer work pass application/renewals/cancellations, security bond and foreign worker quota
- Process insurance claims, CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman claim, Government claim/grant/survey
- Monthly payroll computation and calculation of employee commission payment
- Update records on training and to administer training for employees
- Plan, coordinate and organize meetings, events, etc
- Procure office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HRM
- Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is advantageous
