Objective of the Job:
Responsible for the recruitment process right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Responsible for administrate the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) functions in system operation, evaluation and maintenance.
Adhere to department needs by developing & implementing high quality Talent Management and Organization Development solutions that substantially enhance organizational and people capabilities and drive achievement of business goals and strategic objectives
Translating and implementing the departments business plans in the form of a HR strategy; to act as a liaison between the department and other HR services
Job Requirements:
- Min.Degree in any discipline with Min 7 years of Human Resource Experience
- Managerial experience is advantageous
- Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel
- Practical knowledge of data analytics will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills is a must
