Administrative Specialist
Role Overview:
At illum.e, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and supportive enrolment experience for new and prospective students. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, empathetic communicator with a passion for education and a talent for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment and Enrolment: Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about illum.e’s courses, teaching methodology, and enrolment process. Guide prospective students through the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new students, including participation in educational fairs, school visits, and community events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of studying at illum.e.
- Admissions Coordination:Coordinate the admissions process, including application review, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a fair and efficient selection process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, prerequisites, and any changes in admission policies to provide accurate advice.
- Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolment-related inquiries, offering prompt, courteous, and comprehensive support. Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the enrolment process, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and enrolment status.
Prepare and analyze enrolment reports to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and inform decision-making.
- Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to foster a supportive and engaged community. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for students into their academic programs.
- Continuous Improvement:Continually assess and refine enrolment processes and practices to enhance efficiency and the overall experience for students and families. Stay abreast of best practices in student recruitment and enrolment management, implementing innovative solutions as appropriate.
Work Requirements:
- Five Day Work Week (1 weekend). Candidates who are able to work both weekends can expect better renumeration.
