BROAD FUNCTION
- To carry out facility maintenance in Ren Ci Organisation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General maintenance of hospital's equipment and furniture like beds, commode chairs, water dispenser filter replacement, etc.
- General painting and masonry works.
- Conduct checks on building facilities and report during rostered weekly walkabout.
- General upkeep of the environmental cleanliness, maintenance and repair of building facilities as required.
- Responsible in assets movement and labelling of assets.
- Responsible in setting up donning and doffing stations with PPE consumables during lockdown of households (HHs)
- Room setup for events including AV system control.
- To cover Assistant Supervisor during his absence
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Operations Executive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE 'N'/'O' level, NTC3 Mechanical or Building Services
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in general maintenance.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred but not essential.
