Operational IT Support Analyst (Incident and Ticketing)
Require Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably into Operational domain
- Tracking of eMemo/Contract activities- must have experience.
- Onboarding / Off-boarding process - must have experience.
- Recent Track Incident and Problem ticket is a must.
- Raise a case with Supplier and follow-up for tech support
- Raise a Remedy request for control-m changes
- Write new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and knowledge document and review the existing support document
- Track the invoices and payment
- Liaise with procurement for vendor contract renewal
- Communicate with business for Disaster Recovery (DR) activity
- Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure)
- Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required
- All other semi-technical tasks that can be performed within Service Recovery to support the Service Recovery team
