Job Description
1. Responsible for general engineering operation support as ASEAN HQ
2. Provide effective and timely services and supporting all scheduled projects
3. Provide sales support on technical specification & information, data, and drawings
4. Check quotation & clarify technical contents
5. Create and check of 2D & 3D CAD drawings
6. Provide consultation & offer workable solutions to help solving clients' concerns
7. Provide on-site technical assessment and engineering support
8. Give presentation and technical training both for internal staffs & clients
9. Provide support of investigation & reports of defective products
10. Provide technical support to workshop & internal warehouse
11. Business improvement activities
Job Requirement
1. Experience of working in manufactures, especially valves related companies is great advantage
2. Having good knowledge of valves and instrumentation is preferred
3. Possessing basic drawing skills and ability to understand structures by looking at drawings
4. Related experience in Process & Control or Instrumentation service industry is preferred
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and especially Power Point)
6. Degree in Engineering related field
7. Person who is self-motivated, decisive & result-oriented, and capable of delivering effective and innovative solutions
8. Person who can demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and planning skill
9. Person with good communication skill and customer-service mind
