Responsibility
- Responsible for processing monthly payroll,CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost.
- Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
- Handle FCD issue
- Administer employees leave,attendance, welfare and benefits
- Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
- Submission of all government claims
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
- Perform any ad hoc duties as ssigned
