Preparing daily invoicing and tracking invoicing.
Performing daily office duties.
Willing to learn software and systems.
Able to work independently.
Support Assistant Finance Manager.
Tracking and ordering daily operational/logistic material.
Replying emails.
Working: Monday to Friday. 10am to 7pm. Sat - 10am to 2pm.
Only Singaporean or PR. Preferred Mandarin speaking as most of the team speaks Mandarin here.
Office Location: Wcega Plaza.
