Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am -6pm, Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Job Description
- Liaising with school personnel to arrange for assessments for selected students
- Ensuring the necessary consent for assessments are obtained
- Administering and scoring of standardised assessments
- Data entry of assessment information and behavioural observations
- Manage and analyse students’ data
- Other ad-hoc pieces of work, such as conducting of literature review
Requirement
- Completed Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) or Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology or Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – Able to address school personnel’s queries professionally and communicate effectively with school personnel to arrange for assessments.
- Work well with children – Has at least 3 months of experience working with children. Prior experience with behaviour management of children (e.g., building rapport, setting expectations and rules) is preferred.
- Good time management and self-management
- Good organization and data management practices – Meticulous and able to manage large sets of data using Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of using essential Excel functions and formulas (e.g. VLookup, Filters, Pivot Tables) is preferred.
