We are seeking an experienced Manager to be responsible for products and services. Establishes and drives short-term to long-term strategic goals in terms of business and economic performance based on corporate and regional standardization of processes, benchmarks, and regulatory compliance procedures to achieve target profile.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategic direction for business model (product, services, market penetration, etc.) and regional network strategy by working with the preferred and non-preferred carriers.
- Manage country gateway, hub-ing solutions, the full spectrum of transit warehouse operations, including inventory items that are properly stored, handled, and distributed accurately and a complete record-keeping system.
- Ensure all processes and operations are per the company’s and HSE guidelines
- Provide guidance and insight to develop and improve data analytics to monitor and predict load for manpower allocation
- To train sales from time to time on all products and services.
- Overall responsibility for all related activities (Operation and Procurement, Revenue Management, Digital Products and Strategy, Operational Excellence and Business Architecture) of the department
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Airfreight forwarding operation
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields
- Able to work independently as well as a logical and innovative solution way of thinking
