We are one of the leading independent manufacturers of building chemical products in Europe based in Germany. We are expanding our operations in Singapore and are looking for Product Executive Engineer to join the team.
Main Duties:
- The key point of contact for customers: answering queries, offering product advice and application solutions as well as compilation and analysis of competitions. Duty includes various aspects of performance optimisation of product from development to sales return
Task & Responsibilities
- Prepares product reports by collecting and analysing competition products and market information.
- Provide technical support and product solutions to customers and attending to technical issues on site.
- Organise and lead product demo and trial mix for both lab and plant trials.
- Prepare technical data and technical reports.
- To conduct training/workshop for customers and understand their problems and identify solutions through the effective use of our products.
- Conduct product presentation to customers.
- Concrete design mix and admixture development and adjustment to meet customer’s requirement.
- Ensure the concrete lab is well maintained at all time. Ensure laboratory materials, tools, equipment and other assets are properly used and kept.
- Provide guidance support and oversight to product QC / QA protocol for Production plant.
- Key contact person with all testing lab and ensure all test reports are up to date.
- Developing product ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market research
- Analysing market and industry product trends
- Any other new tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Civil Engineering Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must possess at least a ITE/Engineering in Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
- Excellent teamwork player
- Valid Class 3 driving License
