- Provide triage and referral support for MCP (Mandatory Counselling Programme) cases which includes:
- Administer assessment tool (Violence Risk Triage) to ascertain risk level
- Right site and refer cases to MCP agencies for intervention
- Provide consultation to MCP agencies such as the Family Service Centres, Protection Specialist Centres, Social Service Agencies
- Respond to enquiries and feedback on MCP
- Undertake administrative closure of MCP cases on data system (i.e. Enterprise Customer Relationship Management)
- Participate in reviews and operational processes to improved effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 year of admin and intervention or customer service experience
