This supporting role, acting as a Human Resource Business Partner, is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects within the HR function, providing support as the “first-to-go-to-person” on HR/Admin related services
Brief Functions
- Link between HR and retail boutiques
- Advise and support managers on HR issues
- Work closely with boutique management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
- Provide support in Learning and Development
- Provide support in Performance Management System
- Assist in administering employee life cycle needs
- Provide support in other HR & Admin functions
- Any other matter as requested by the Manager
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Qualification
Degree in HR Management or equivalent
Pre-requisites
- Conversant in English, both spoken & written
- Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must have the “Can do!” attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player
