- Expertise in project management, keeping multiple teams on-time and on-goal
- Acute attention to detail, with experience building and managing complex processes
- Passion for Online Video and relevant ecosystem
Job Description
- Partner with the Growth Marketing team to develop creative for always-on Video campaigns.
- Co-author quarterly briefs based on deep user insights, and oversee end-to-end production with creative agency.
- Solicit feedback from country teams to ensure creative is locally relevant.
- Develop a deep understanding of company's on-platform policies to ensure creative is compliant with all requirements.
- Develop processes to source and clear content for use in Video campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Social, etc.) to streamline creator selection and outreach.
- Act as the licensing agency’s primary point of contact to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Lead localization workstreams for APAC.
- Manage timelines and operations with our external agencies and internal partners.
- Facilitate language validations with country teams, and oversee asset delivery to cross-functional marketing teams.
