Procurement Role:
- Source for new vendors compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Purchase/rental of site machineries, equipment, facilities and stationeries etc.
- Recording and checking of the DO and invoices.
HR Role:
- Maintain and updating worker personal information
- Worker hiring and termination (WP application & cancellation, dormitory arrangement etc.)
- Administration of workers' leave, medical, transport, overtime & miscellaneous claims.
- In charge for worker injury cases and insurance
Admin Role:
- Handle foreign worker’s administrations
- Administration of leave, medical & miscellaneous claims.
- In charge of company ISO documents
- Maintain all offices inventory, office supplies, IT equipment and PPE etc.
- Setup & coordinate meetings & conferences
- Handle document submissions to client, consultants or authorities (drawing submission, report submission, method statement submissions etc.)
- Keep proper documentation & filing system, updating of drawing list and keep track of the records
- General office upkeep andmaintenance of office, storeroom and copier room facilities
- Issue of stationery supplies, namecards, lease of office equipment
- Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of invoices
- Responsible for incoming/outgoingmail & courier service.
- Purchase software and maintain software license list.
- Attendance to ad-hoc requirements.
