- Previous experience in Data Centre operations, preferably within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and ability to collaborate effectively with Data Centre vendors and outsourcing partners.
- Familiarity with incident escalation procedures and commitment to prompt incident resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with DC/Building landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
