- Attend site show-rounds
- Take off quantity and calling of quotations
- Preparation of all necessary document for tender submission
Contract Administration Work
- Procurement of sub-contract works including preparation of cost comparison for management decision making, preparation of Letter of Intent, Letter of Acceptance and subcontract documents.
- Preparation of cost estimate and submit variation order to client
- Preparation of monthly progress claim and cash flow to client
- Preparation of Final Claim Statement to client
- Attending site meeting
- Prepare sub-contractor progress payment
- Assessment of sub-contractor’s claims and finalize the account with subcontractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
