- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
