Responsibilities:
- Ensures customers’ requests are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time in the field of shipping and administration operations.
- Manage assigned customers’ order fulfilment process (Including but not limited to order processing, preparation of shipping documents, booking of shipments, etc.)
- Escalate to critical matters to the relevant stakeholders (For example: order issues, allocation or any other problematic situation that may arise)
- Analyse transactional errors & implement preventive actions
- Create & distribute order fulfilment reports to stakeholders
- Ensure timely application of import and or export licences & file all documents appropriately
- Initiate process improvement & customer engagement projects
- Ensure data completeness & integrity in reporting
- Conduct annual customer survey, prepare analysis & action plan accordingly
- Engage & build strong relationships with key stakeholders – customers, sales team, planners, finance team, logistics team
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in export and shipping operations
