The Talent
- Minimally with 3 years of experience in Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, applications integration testing, and interface testing
- Proficient in supporting user acceptance testing and coordinating with project stakeholders and technical teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with counterparts based in Paris
- Knowledge of loans and counterparty risks, such as authorization and guarantees, is an added advantage
- Familiarity with data models, data mapping, and data quality checks
- Experience with Agile process knowledge of TFS & JIRA
- Practical skills in using SQL Queries
The Job
- Evaluating business functional requirements and conducting impact analysis to provide optimal solutions that enhance efficiency and business value.
- Performing data analysis, integration testing and interface testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications.
- Supporting user acceptance testing and collaborating with various stakeholders, including sponsors, project managers and technical teams, to resolve any issues or changes during the testing phase.
- Managing change requests and ensuring timely and effective implementation of the solution with the developers. You will also identify and mitigate any risks or challenges that may affect the deliverables.
- Communicating and coordinating with our counterparts based in Paris to manage stakeholder expectations and align on the project goals and scope.
- Providing L3 support to maintain application stability and working closely with L1/L2 support team and business line to troubleshoot and resolve any support issues.
