Our client is Singapore’s leading marine and offshore company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Administrator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Responsibility:
- Handle the administration of a shared email account for sorting and storing correspondence.
- Record job details, upload necessary documents, and generate purchase orders.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage billing proposals and invoice preparation for clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding invoices and quotations.
- Aid in the issuance of job certificates and maintain accurate records of surveyors' attendance and expenses.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of surveyors' personal protective equipment.
- Provide backup support for other administrative tasks, including reception duties.
- Compile and generate monthly reports as needed.
- Support stakeholders by managing ad hoc job requests from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant administration experience preferably in Marine Industry.
- Computer literate
