Job Scope

  • To sweep and mop floor and clean shelves
  • To count items/goods for delivery to wards and other departments
  • To push goods to wards and all other departments
  • To assist in supervising vendors in placing goods in respective shelving
  • To stack goods on shelving and ensure that they are neatly arranged.
  • To assist in labelling of items/goods purchased
  • To send and collect mail to/from pigeon hole
  • To print forms requested by departments and wards
  • To clear rubbish at end of the day
  • To do any other job as assigned by Executive or Purchasing Assistant
  • Responsible for the smooth running of Central Store processes, in charge of daily monitoring of stock movement.

Requirements

  • Minimum N/O level, Nitec & above in any field of study
  • Able to carry loads and organize storage room as needed
  • Able to commit minimally 3 month or longer

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 830am - 6pm

Salary: $12/hr
