1. Front desk reception duties such as attending to phone calls and walk-in customers.
2. Handle mails and faxes.
3. Attend to pupils’ needs such as injuries and helping to track missing pupils etc.
4. Assist in pupil matters such as daily attendance, admission, registration,updating of record of daily activities etc.
5. Maintain and update school data records.
6. Assist in data compilation.
7. Assist in logistics duties such as sorting/distribution of booklets/pamphlets, maintaining inventory, stock-taking, loan of equipment and maintenance of equipment in rooms etc.
8. Any other duties as and when assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager, Teachers, Management Support Officers etc.
