Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and market research teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and wireframes.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that product requirements are well-understood and effectively implemented.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standup meetings as part of an Agile development process.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Make data-driven decisions and adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Define and communicate product goals, milestones, and success metrics to internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the digital product space.
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and other product documentation.
- Strong project management skills to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and solving customer pain points.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
- Experience with digital platforms, web applications, or mobile apps is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
- Previous experience in a technology-driven industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
