Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Quality Questionnaire and provide prompt response
- Verify instrument service protocols/reports to ensure service reports are complied to the requirement of good documentation practices
- Review and approve of new calibration request form
- Generate overdue training report and notify users to complete the training
- Download instrument service protocols/reports from emails on daily basis
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience working in Manufacturing or similar function
- Knowledge in ISO 13485 and equipment calibration is preferred
