Job Description
- Handling data entry of Account Opening for various Products & from various channels (online, mail-in / adhoc request)
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately.
- Review and reply customer's email replies/responds related to account opening matters
- Participate in providing ideas/initiatives in team huddle or forums like digitization and automation improvements
- Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Assist Team Leader with adhoc projects
Requirements
- Diploma holders or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application with fast typing skill
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
Others
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30AM – 6PM)
- Working location: East or West
- Contract Period: Immediate to 31 Dec 2024
