Reports to: CEO & Deputy CEO
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO concerning Management Board matters
- Executive administrative duties pertaining to Management Board
- Assist CEO in the organisation and preparation of Management Board meetings and Annual General Meeting
- Write minutes for Management Board meetings and Annual General Meetings, as well as CEO-chaired meetings
- Keep and maintain files and records of government policies and meeting minutes for CEO
- Assist Dy CEO for Enterprise Risk Management and Personal Data Protection Act related responsibilities
- Assist Dy CEO in Innovation and Productivity projects
- Assist Dy CEO on Risk Management
- Write minutes for Risk Management Committee meetings
- Assist the responsible person in the preparation of the Constitution and By-Laws, when required
- Work closely with Corporate Affairs department on administrative matters related to Management Board
- Any other work assigned by CEO and Dy CEO
Requirements
- A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in admin and secretarial related field
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Possess good communication and comprehension skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Organized and meticulous, paying attention to details
- Able to work independently
- Able to keep confidential
