The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is a definite advantage.
- Possess a minimum of two years of work experience in related technical domains and the industry.
- Strong data analytical and project management skills.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation skills to articulate proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive with a keen sense of responsibility, adept at problem discovery and resolution.
The Job
- Collaborate closely with internal and external airport stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Work with technical teams, both internal and external, to propose comprehensive technical solutions and define key performance indicators for measuring success.
- Implement effective project and change management practices to ensure delivered solutions align with technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
- Evaluate, refine, and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement initiative.
- Take ownership of project delivery, coordination, and site supervision, including tasks such as permit applications and submissions.
- Manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT systems situated across the entire premises, adhering to industry best practices.
