JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling lesson enquiries and replying to customers. Must have a good level of written English.
- Coordinating group lesson times and liaising with parents and coaches.
- Booking students in with coaches through the academies booking system.
- Responding to member and guest enquiries in person, via email, telephone, and on social media with a high level of customer care.
- Assisting with the planning, registration, and billing for corporate events.
- Engage with club members and guests at the driving range to promote programs and the academy.
- Coordinating with finance for customer payments, invoicing through payment platform, posting/reconcile credit card sales.
- Taking student payments, creating invoices, recording sales.
- Maintaining accurate student package records on academy booking system.
- Generate and update customer database lists for marketing purposes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Positive demeanour with good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Communicate clearly both verbally and via text and email
- High level of initiative, be driven and have great attention to detail
- Efficient at planning, prioritization, organizing, and executing tasks
- Capable of dealing with customers in a tactile, friendly, confidential manner
- 5-days work week covering Saturday and Sunday
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- An interest in sports, ideally golf, will be an advantage but is not required.
