Academy Coordinator

Laguna Golf Academy Pte. Ltd.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling lesson enquiries and replying to customers. Must have a good level of written English.
  • Coordinating group lesson times and liaising with parents and coaches.
  • Booking students in with coaches through the academies booking system.
  • Responding to member and guest enquiries in person, via email, telephone, and on social media with a high level of customer care.
  • Assisting with the planning, registration, and billing for corporate events.
  • Engage with club members and guests at the driving range to promote programs and the academy.
  • Coordinating with finance for customer payments, invoicing through payment platform, posting/reconcile credit card sales.
  • Taking student payments, creating invoices, recording sales.
  • Maintaining accurate student package records on academy booking system.
  • Generate and update customer database lists for marketing purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Positive demeanour with good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and via text and email
  • High level of initiative, be driven and have great attention to detail
  • Efficient at planning, prioritization, organizing, and executing tasks
  • Capable of dealing with customers in a tactile, friendly, confidential manner
  • 5-days work week covering Saturday and Sunday
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • An interest in sports, ideally golf, will be an advantage but is not required.
