We are looking for a Contract - Long Term Patient Service Associate to outsource to our healthcare clients.
Job Description:
- Register and schedule appointments for patients
Help doctors with administrative tasks and/or simple procedures
- Manage email, phone and upfront enquiries
- Do cashiering duties
- Provide chaperone assistance to patients
- Provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges and deposit
Job Requirements:
- Min N/O/A Level / Nitec
