Job Scope
- Administer staff confirmation documents, work passes and employment contract.
- Assist in recruitment, conduct new employee induction program, staff exit procedures.
- Maintain and update of employee staff benefits and leave administration.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports and surveys.
- Assist in sourcing and coordination of training courses and application of training grants.
- Provide full administrative support to the department.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Perform any other duties and/or adhoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum one year of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in relevant legislations such as Employment Act and CPF Act
- Proficient in MS office
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Team player and has great attention to details(meticulous)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm
