Purpose of the Job:
Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR activities and support day to day HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process - job advertisements, scheduling of interviews, documentation, new joiner orientation, etc.
- Generate and prepare all monthly and month end payroll reporting.
- Responsible for statutory payout submission such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS claim, childcare leave claim.
- Prepare tax return (IR21) and tax clearance matters.
- Support HR Ops for new joiners, leavers, staff movements for payroll related matters.
- Ensure upkeep of payroll
- Handle all work passes related matters including application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation.
- Create and maintain employee records and updating in HR database
- Prepare monthly HR report and ad-hoc reports
- Keep track of confirmation cases, contracts renewal
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in payroll administration
- Resourceful, team player, proactive and able to multi-task
- Possess good problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in Timesoft will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
