Purpose of the Job:

Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR activities and support day to day HR operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process - job advertisements, scheduling of interviews, documentation, new joiner orientation, etc.
  • Generate and prepare all monthly and month end payroll reporting.
  • Responsible for statutory payout submission such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS claim, childcare leave claim.
  • Prepare tax return (IR21) and tax clearance matters.
  • Support HR Ops for new joiners, leavers, staff movements for payroll related matters.
  • Ensure upkeep of payroll
  • Handle all work passes related matters including application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation.
  • Create and maintain employee records and updating in HR database
  • Prepare monthly HR report and ad-hoc reports
  • Keep track of confirmation cases, contracts renewal
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in payroll administration
  • Resourceful, team player, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in Timesoft will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
