Responsibilities
- Engage internal / external stakeholders and utilize their technological expertise.
- Assess Product/Solution of existing implementations to evaluate fit for purpose and gather sufficient technical and process inputs for further technical and business evaluation, bridging gap between IT and business.
- Understand the company’s Digital and Analytics portfolio, services and products available in the sector and forecast and anticipate sales requirements, trends, and variances.
- Establish expectations and manage Sales call activity, proposal generation, and other key performance indicators. Analyze sales results and initiate corrective action to achieve attainment of sales goals.
- Create product content roadmaps, product definition, analyze product user experience, facilitate product pricing through market research and analyses.
- Scope and create product content roadmaps, product definition and analyze product user experience.
- Co-ordinate and communicate with stakeholders/customers for early feedback regarding the product/solutions.
- Facilitate product pricing through market research and competitive analyses.
- Contribute to software design & development process.
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant areas.
- With 4 – 5 years of experience in product management experience.
- The candidate must have experienced in stakeholder engagement and process and solution design with relevant experience in Business and/or digital solutions analyst background.
- Good technical understanding of digital solutions in the market will be an added advantage.
- Highly numerate, meticulous and process driven, ability to deliver results under stressful and challenging conditions.
- Possess strong experience in selling digital technologies and applications solutions.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to work as productive team member, with experience in similar streams in their previous roles.
- Must have a strong knowhow of modern digital technologies and enable the selling digital transformation solutions to clients.
- Candidates must be well connected with the local ecosystem - product partners and vendors.
- Have the ability to grow a quality pipeline and win profitable deals with an objective of building mutually beneficial long lasting relationship with assigned strategic customers.
