As a Industrial Engineer, EWS your job purpose is to:
- Be responsible for overall EWS Fab Cycle time / fab efficiency using IE methodologies and overall Fab Capacity, maintaining the capacity driving the team for capacity expansion. This position also has a key role in EWS expansion (ramp up plan) strategy making, capex proposals and defining the new tools release needs.
You will be involved in:
- Cycletime Improvement /Shopfloor expansion projects
- Working in a cross functional setting and drive the team to come out with actions and sustainable solutions for problems
- Leading the Capacity improvement program (CIP) for bottleneck tools and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) improvement
- Performing shopfloor Line Study to identify opportunities for line improvements
- Driving fab manufacturing efficiency
- Maintaining and updating the capacity modelling in the capacity modelling data base
- In charge of the Fab Capacity: To perform capacity analysis during SNOP (monthly capacity request plan) and MTRP (mid-term request plan)/ Scenario Proposal
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
- Relevant bachelor’s engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- With Relevant, at least 2 years of working experience
- Working experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- Team player and Good analytical skills & problem-solving skills.
- Good sense of urgency
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to perform multi-tasking.
