Responsibility:
- IT System Management and Maintenance
- Provide technical assistance and support computer and software issue
- Generate Salesforce business reports, presenting invaluable data and insights to stakeholders
- Perform system maintenance, implement necessary upgrades or enhancements
- Collaborate effectively with external vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Proficient in computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented setting, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is added advantage.
